Weird (wrong) filenames for downloads in repo activity stream (BB-6070)

      The part that is weird/wrong is:

      Alex G. uploaded file Cog.app.zipCog.app.zip to cog
      Get Cog.app.zipCog.app.zip (9.9 MB).

      The download link also leads to Cog.app.zipCog.app.zip, which results in a 404 error. The link on the repo's "Downloads" tab is correct and works.
