Line breaks are being ignored when viewing the changelog.

Here's an example:

http://www.bitbucket.org/naviserver/naviserver/history/nsd/tclinit.c

The actual changelog message contains a title, a blank line, and then a description. Some of the descriptions are formatted with line breaks, but not paragraphs (like a traditional ChangeLog message).

I would like to see HTML 'p' tags used when a blank like is present, and HTML 'br' tags at the end of line, if there is a newline before, say 80 characters.

If you could autodetect usage like:

• dir/file.c: frobbed the whatsit

and format with 'pre', that would be great.
