Allow adding managed accounts of a verified domain to a legacy workspace group without an invitation

      Currently, legacy workspaces(non-UUM) needs a user to accept invitation to be part of the workspace. It would be easy for org admins to allow managed accounts to be added to a workspace without invitation.
