Currently, containerD hits a timeout when pulling images, which causes pipeline steps to fail for larger base images

      Could we please look into increasing the containerD image pull timeout (or optimizing the base image pull step) to 5 minutes? This will ensure larger images have enough time to pull successfully without timing out during pipeline execution
