Actual Results

When users press Arrow keys, Spacebar; or issue the voice commands "Scroll Down" or "Scroll Up" while navigating to the Bitbucket's pull request page after initial load or page refresh, page does not scroll. Users must click the cursor in the content or press Tab to find a focusable element inside the view before the browser recognizes Arrow keys, Spacebar; or the scroll command.

As a result, users relying on keyboard and speech input will find it difficult to access the page on initial load or page refresh.

Expected Results

Ensure that all interactive elements must be fully operable for all users, including those relying on keyboard, voice control and other assistive technologies.

In this scenario, when users press Arrow keys, Spacebar; or issue the voice commands "Scroll Down" or "Scroll Up" on initial load or page refresh, the page should scroll smoothly and display content in a continuous sequence without having to click the cursor in the content or press Tab to find a focusable element inside the view.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
