cross workspace repository forking has already been deprecated, so forks cannot be created outside the source workspace.

however, there is currently no workspace level option to enforce “no forks” across all repositories. they need to set this option during new repository creation under advanced repository settings.

some customers have use cases where they need to manage normal private repositories while strictly preventing any repository forking within the workspace.

a workspace level “no forks” setting would allow administrators to enforce this centrally without having to configure the setting individually for every repository
