Bitbucket scopes are missing under API token for service accounts.

      Issue Summary

      We are able to use API tokens with Bitbucket scopes to query Bitbucket details via Rovo MCP Server. However, configuring a service account in admin portal with API token, the Bitbucket scopes are missing. 
      This ability is needed to scale the functionality across the organization.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Admin > Directory > Service account.
      2. Create an account and click add credentials.
      3. Use API token and notice that the Bitbucket scopes are missing. 

      Expected Results

      Bitbucket scopes to be available under API token for service accounts. 

      Actual Results

      Bitbucket scopes are missing under API token for service accounts. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
