Issue Summary

• When individual steps are re-ran, the total build minutes used figure on the latest run will be correct - but for previous runs, the figure will be incorrectly calculated

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run a build that has multiple steps (having size options makes it more apparent ie 2x/4x)
2. Stop the build in the middle of a step
3. Select Rerun > Rerun stopped steps
4. Repeat this a few times so you have multiple runs
5. Mouse over the usage on the latest run, and compare these with previous runs - the current run will be correctly calculated as the sum of all build times, whereas previous runs will show inaccurate figures

Expected Results

• The most recent run, and all previous runs will show accurate total build minute calculations

Actual Results

• Only the most recent run has an accurate total build minute calculation

Workaround

• Ignore the figures reported by previous runs, refer only to the most recent run
