      Links in markdown in pull request description are not rendering

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add links in a pull request description as shown in the example below:
      So an inline link to [Yahoo](http://www.yahoo.com) looks like this:

      Expected Results

      We see the link text "Yahoo" as a hyperlink to http://www.yahoo.com

      Actual Results

      The syntax is not rendered and is shown as it is

      So an inline link to [Yahoo](http://www.yahoo.com) looks like this:

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
