Issue Summary

Users are being automatically unsubscribed from productInvitations upon receiving an invitation email for a workspace

Steps to Reproduce

1. Invite a user to a workspace or a repo
2. By default, productInvitations is enabled for any user unless they disable it. The user receives the invitation email.

Expected Results

If the user doesn't accept the invite on time and admin tries to resend the invitation, it doesn't go through.

Actual Results

productInvitations is auto-disabled immediately after receiving the first invitation email and the new invite email is not delivered to the user.

Workaround

Users can enable the productInvitations in their Atlassian account settings -> email preferences as per this document - Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Bitbucket Cloud Workspace Invitations
