Use case: Teams working on large applications with monthly releases need a way to keep specific pipeline runs easily visible and findable in the Pipelines list, which is always sorted by most recent.

Current behavior: The Pipelines results page (/pipelines/results/) always orders runs by latest. There is no way to pin, star, or favorite a specific pipeline run.

Requested behavior: Add the ability to mark a pipeline run as a "favorite" or "pinned" so it stays at the top (or in a dedicated section) of the Pipelines list. This would help teams with longer release cycles quickly find relevant builds without scrolling through more recent runs from other branches/teams.

Impact: Especially useful for organizations with multiple teams sharing a repository, where some teams have frequent fast releases and others have monthly or less frequent ones.
