Bitbucket Packages doesn't work in Pipelines for cross-repositories using BITBUCKET_PACKAGES_TOKEN

      Currently, BITBUCKET_PACKAGES_TOKEN does not have cross-repo access; this works only with packages hosted within the same repository.

      Workaround: As an interim workaround - you may instead use a personal API token and store it as a workspace/repository variable and authenticate with that instead in the pipeline using the read:package:bitbucket scope
