Issue Summary

Bitbucket's Connect platform offers a proxy module that allows app vendors to expose their own service APIs through Atlassian's domain, with Atlassian handling authentication, permission checks, parameter substitution, and object hydration on their behalf.
This feature does not currently exist for Jira or Confluence Connect apps.

 

Request
Extend the Connect API Proxy Module (or an equivalent Forge-native mechanism) to Jira and Confluence, so that:

•  App vendors can expose their own REST APIs through Atlassian's domain
•  Atlassian handles authentication on behalf of the vendor
•  Customers can integrate with vendor APIs without managing credentials
