Issue Summary

With Bitbucket native Issues feature going away, currently BB doesn't provide an API at a repo level for the Admin to know which Jira project is associated with this particular repo or create new Jira issue using Bitbucket API.

Ask: 

• introduce an API to know which Jira project is associated with the repo and its source code 
• an API to be able to create and update a Jira work item in BB repo using BB API

Workaround

To understand which Jira project is associated with a given repository or create a new Jira  Issue for that code, user or Admin must use Bitbucket User Interface.
