Return 403 Instead of 404 for Unauthorized Repository Access in Bitbucket

      Bitbucket returns a 404 Not Found error when a user tries to access an existing repository without the required permissions, instead of 403 Forbidden. This causes confusion as users assume the repository does not exist rather than recognizing it as a permissions issue.

      Suggestion
      Please change this behavior so Bitbucket returns 403 Forbidden or shows a clear access-denied message for authenticated users without repository access.
