      Issue Summary

      When a workspace is migrated to atlassian's unified billing platform, it added an audit event for workspace linking but with a different admin user and not the user who linked it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As we are in process of migrating existing paid workspaces to unified billing platform - https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Bitbucket-articles/Bitbucket-Cloud-is-moving-to-Atlassian-s-new-unified-billing/ba-p/3105867, when the workspace is migrated, it adds a workspace audit log event - `User X linked organization` although it was done already.

      Expected Results

      While this is expected to have an entry in the audit logs ,it is confusing to have the name of other admin user instead of the user who initially linked the workspace with the org.

      Actual Results

      `User X linked organization`

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
