The customer is finding Tests in Bitbucket Tests useful and has a requests that would make it more valuable in their environment:

• Quarantined tests: Development branches run end-to-end tests within the bitbucket jobs, but everything from staging onwards happens outside of bitbucket. It would be nice to have some sort of the api to pull the quarantined tests information outside of bitbucket, so that we could use the same data to filter our tests in staging.
