Improve the UI on mobile view - left hand-side bar layout

      Issue Summary

      In the new UI navigation, the repository view - left hand-side bar layout is not aligned properly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to bitbucket.org and access any repository.
      2. If you are on the new navigation, the column layout could be improved.

      Expected Results

      The page loads with proper layout and columns

      Actual Results

      The right hand-side bar loads properly and aligns with the mobile browser.

      Workaround

      Switching to old navigation from Account (avatar) → *Revert to old navigation *will fix the issue
