Random workspace storage limitation warnings on paid accounts

      Issue Summary

      Under workspace settings, a storage limitation banner is appearing incorrectly for users on paid plans:

      "Your workspace account exceeded its 1 GB of file storage and can no longer push large files. Change your plan to get more storage."

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 go to workspace settings -> general
      2. Step 2 loads some banners or no banners

      Expected Results

      On paid plan, it shouldn't load any banner related to workspace storage limit of 1 GB

      Actual Results

      It loads a banner
      "Your workspace account exceeded its 1 GB of file storage and can no longer push large files. Change your plan to get more storage."

      Workaround

      one can safely ignore the banner since storage is actually governed by those paid plan-specific limits
