Issue Summary
When a normal user creates a Pull Request (PR), the Jira keys appear correctly under the Work Items section. However, if the PR is created using Access Tokens, the Jira keys fail to populate in the Bitbucket side panel.
Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1 Create a PR using an Access Token. Ensure the Jira key is included in the PR title and the source commits of the PR.
- Step 2 Observe the PR side panel under the Jira Work Items section.
Expected Results
The Jira Work Items section should list the Jira keys associated with the PR.
Actual Results
The Jira Work Items section does not list the Jira keys associated with the PR.
Workaround
The PR title and source commits will still contain functional Jira key hyperlinks. These can be used for navigation, and the PR details will still correctly populate on the Jira side (Development Panel).
