Currently, it's possible for a Forge app to modify a branch and merge on that same branch, as long as it doesn't have a restriction in place.

When the branch has restrictions that only certain users or groups can perform those actions, it's not possible to perform it using Forge app, API calls in the asApp() mode, even if the app has the admin level scope permission.

Is it possible to provide maybe an override flag in the API calls, that will bypass those restrictions, or even allow the Forge app itself to be included in the branch restriction expect list as an user or part of a group?
