Add endpoint to check for a PR merge status

      Currently, you can only check which requirements are missing for a PR while actively trying to merge it through the API.
      It would be good to have an endpoint that returns the merge checks for a specific PR and which ones have passed or not, informing if the PR is ready to merge.
