Issue Summary

PRs do not show any error or warning when exceeding the comment limit.
When adding more than 200 comments, the 201st comment gets stuck on “sending.” After a page refresh, the comment disappears.

There is a hard limit of 200 comments per pull request, and a clear warning or error message should be displayed when this limit is reached.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Try adding 201st comment on a PR

Expected Results

Actual Results

201st comment gets stuck on “sending.” After a page refresh, the comment disappears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
