Issue Summary

There may be instances where after disabling the Rovo feature from Org and workspace settings, Rovo Code dev review settings still shows in specific repository settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable Rovo from your Org and workspace level
2. Go to your repository settings for Rovo Dev code review

Expected Results

Repository Rovo Dev code review settings will be disabled as well since Rovo is entirely disabled from Org and Workspace level settings

Actual Results

Repository Rovo Dev code review settings still shows

Workaround

For now, disabling Rovo from org and workspace level should be enough to disable the feature entirely in a repo. Hence, you may ignore the Rovo Dev settings from the repo settings page
