Currently, Bitbucket Cloud enforces two-factor authentication (2FA) at the workspace level, requiring all users to enable 2FA for enhanced security. However, there are scenarios where it is necessary to exempt specific accounts (such as service accounts, automation bots, or integration users) from the 2FA requirement due to technical or operational constraints.

Feature Request:
Please provide an option within Bitbucket Cloud access controls to allow workspace administrators to exempt specific accounts from the mandatory 2FA policy. This exemption should be configurable and auditable, ensuring that administrators can manage exceptions securely and with full visibility.
