When a user "Request changes" in a Pull Request, the user is listed under the "Reviewers" tab in the right panel. However, this user is not part of the "Reviewers" group of the Pull Requests; it's only part of the participants.

When using the "I'm reviewing" field, it would be good if these PRs also appeared in the results.
