Summary

• Go to the repo branches page: https://bitbucket.org/ <workspacename>/<reponame>/branches

• Click the Actions menu (... three dots) of a branch when the user lacks write permission to merge changes to the main branch

• The list includes a dimmed Merge item since the user lacks permission to merge changes to the target branch

• Hovering over the dimmed Merge item shows a tooltip that blocks two other menu items: Sync and Delete

The tooltip should be improved so it doesn't block other buttons.

Workaround

To access the Sync and Delete buttons, move the mouse away from the tooltip, then select Sync or Delete directly.
