Currently, there's an option to trigger a webhook for any kind of Pull Request update, such as changing fields, reviewers, commits, etc.

For better control on which jobs are being triggered for which reason, it would be good to have more granularity on these triggers, such as pr:reviewer:add or pr:reviewer:remove, fore example.
