Have default reviewers added automatically when raising a PR through the API

      When raising a Pull Request through the API, default reviewers are not added by default. This request is for this addition to be made automatically.

      As a workaround, users can find the reviewers UUIDs using the members API and add them in the payload when creating the PR.
