API for Retrieving Repositories with ROVO Dev Agent Enabled

      Issue

      Currently, there is no API available to check which repositories have the ROVO Dev agent enabled.

      Suggestion:

      It is recommended to introduce a Bitbucket Cloud API that allows users to retrieve information about repositories where the ROVO Dev agent is enabled.
