Have the UI tie commits to the user's UUID authentication instead of local Git Configuration

      It would prevent confusion if the UI commits were tied to the authenticated user's UUID instead of their local Git Configuration; As of now, only authenticated users can commit, but they can change their local profile to show "This email doesn't have an Atlassian account" on the UI.
