Support the .yaml extension in the bitbucket-pipelines.yml file for Pipelines

      At the moment, Bitbucket recognizes only the .yml extension in the bitbucket-pipelines.yml file for Pipelines.

      It has been requested to recognize the .yaml extension as well, bitbucket-pipelines.yaml, since this is the recommended extension:
