List all repository permissions for larger workspaces

      Hey Team,

      We have a request to either improve the current API List all repository permissions for a workspace 

      to get data for larger workspace or repos since the current one gets timed out when dealing with big workspaces  like (2k+ repos, 750+ users) 

      Currently when getting the data with the project key is fine for smaller workspace, it timeouts when the data set is quite large.
