Update pipes catalogue to support multi-architecture builds

      Hi team,

      When using arm64 cloud runners - a lot of existing pipes fail to run because they use images that are based on amd64 architecture:

      •  WARNING: The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8) and no specific platform was requested
exec /usr/local/bin/python3: exec format error

      Can we please implement a fix by updating our pipes catalogue to be compatible with the arm64 cloud runners feature?
