We need better visibility into the status and changes of scheduled pipelines in Bitbucket Pipelines.

Specifically, we would like:

• A way to identify if a scheduled pipeline has been turned off (disabled).

• Audit logs that show which user edited the schedule or disabled the pipeline.

This is important for maintaining visibility and accountability in our CI/CD processes, especially when scheduled tasks stop running unexpectedly.
