Support incremental caching in Bitbucket Cloud Pipelines

      Currently, although we have Caching with file-based cache keys, Bitbucket Cloud Pipelines does not support incremental caches.

      Enhancement request:
      It would be a helpful feature to have incremental caching in Bitbucket Cloud Pipelines.
