Issue Summary

Uninstalling forge app using manage option under "workspace settings > Installed apps" gives error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install forge app using distribution link
2. If a user wants to uninstall the same, navigate to "Workspace settings > Installed Apps"
3. Click Manage option beside the forge app you want to uninstall

Expected Results

There should be an option to uninstall the forge app

Actual Results

Error observed: App distribution link not found

Workaround

• Login to app using distribution link
• You should find an option "Current installations"
• The app will be available here with "Uninstall" button. Click on "Uninstall" and the app should be removed from the workspace
