Add support for markdown/rich text in pull request tasks

      Hey team,

      We have had a customer raise a request that we allow markdown/rich text in pull request tasks.

      In Bitbucket Cloud - these are single line and do not allow multiple grouped subtasks in the form of bullet points like what was possible in Bitbucket DC/Server:
