Issue Summary

Bitbucket Pipelines stuck in "IN PROGRESS" state and can't start the manual steps

Steps to Reproduce

• Start a Bitbucket Pipelines build, that has regular steps and manual steps

Expected Results

When the normal steps are finished, the build is in paused status and can start the manual steps

Actual Results

The build is in IN PROGRESS status and can't start the manual steps

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
