Issue Summary

• After deactivating an account, any comments that had this user's name @ mentioned will show the user's AID instead of "Their Name (Deactivated)".

Steps to Reproduce

1. @ mention a user on a comment
2. Deactivate that same user's account
3. Refresh the page with the comment

Expected Results

• The user name should appear as "John Doe (Deactivated)", for example

Actual Results

• The account AID is shown instead
  

Workaround

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
