Ability to export pull request attachments from S3

      Currently, Bitbucket uses Amazon S3 to store all pull request attachments. Right now, there is no way for users to export these images for backup.

      This feature request aims to create an endpoint that would let customers export all pull request attachments linked to a specific workspace.
