This request aims the addition of a custom executor feature for Bitbucket Cloud self-hosted runners, similar to the one available in GitLab: https://docs.gitlab.com/runner/executors/custom/.

This feature would provide users with enhanced flexibility and control over the execution environment for their CI/CD pipelines.

Currently, Bitbucket Cloud supports self-hosted runners on MacOS, Windows, Linux Docker, and Linux Shell. While these options cover many use cases, they may not accommodate all the specific needs of diverse development environments. A custom executor feature would allow teams to define their own execution environments tailored to their unique requirements.
