Currently, the updated_field shows timestamps related to the last commit activity, which includes branch creation/deletion, pull request source branch updates, and commit history rewrites. Please include pull request edits, pipeline build updates, and pipeline repository clone/read events in the updated_field.

Additionally, if possible, please include the "Accessed" and "Last Read" fields from History.
