Currently, the pipe bitbucket-chatgpt-codereview does not provide a way to ignore some files from the review.

This may cause issues of exceeding the number of tokens for considerably large files, causing the pipe to fail.

This feature request is to add an additional parameter to the pipe so the user can provide a list of files to be ignored for the review.
