The suggestion is to add a Forge module for "Global Page" functionality in Bitbucket Cloud, allowing Forge apps to display information outside the context of a specific repository, potentially under an "Apps" item in the main navigation.

This feature is already present in other Atlassian products, such as Jira, Confluence, and Compass, through their jira:globalPage, confluence:globalPage, and compass:globalPage modules. Implementing a similar module in Bitbucket would align it with these products.

In addition to that, this enhancement could address the issue documented in BCLOUD-22001, where the "General Page" connect module does not display correctly according to its documentation.
