Ability to stop child pipelines started with atlassian/trigger-pipeline when the main pipeline is stopped

      This feature request is to implement the functionality that when a pipeline is canceled, any dependent pipelines triggered in other repositories using the atlassian/trigger-pipeline pipe which are still waiting to be completed are also canceled.
