The IP allowlisting feature currently operates at the account/workspace level, applying to all repositories under the workspace.

Requested Feature:
Introduce the ability to allowlist IPs at the repository level. This would enhance security by restricting access to specific repositories without exposing the entire workspace to potential compromise.

Use Case:

• Helps avoid the risk of the entire account being compromised by limiting IP allowlisting to individual repositories.
• Provides granular control for teams managing sensitive or critical repositories within a shared workspace.

This feature would provide an additional layer of security for Bitbucket users.
