Issue Summary

Partner is asking for a replacement of this url : https://bitbucket.org/repo/all/ using API to fetch all public repositories.

This is not a bug but rather a suggestion to be able to find all repositories which are public which users do not have write access.

Expected Results

Make a call to fetch all public repositories without having admin access

Returns only those repositories that the authenticated user has write access (this includes any repo the user is an admin on

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
