Currently, we have a "Add" button in the UI to add repository variables from the repository settings. The UI does not seems to be intuitive and sometimes customer's may not click on "Add" button. When user moves to another page without saving the values, it should pop up the dialog to confirm saving the variable or not. 

The suggestion is to improve the UI/UX for the repository variables "Add" section.
