Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: no
If an ineligible user is selected as a reviewer, such as one in the dropdown because of a bug like BCLOUD-23439 Default reviewers are still listed after being removed from workspace, the component listing reviewers is entirely replaced by an error message.
The error message reads "{NAME} is not a member of this workspace and cannot be added to this pull request."
Since the list of reviewers is no longer showing, there is no way to remove the faulty reviewer. If the PR is not yet created, the creation process must be restarted. If the PR is already created, the PR can no longer be edited.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Create PR screen
- Click the reviewers component
- Select a reviewer from the list that is not actually a workspace member
- This itself is a bug:
BCLOUD-23439Default reviewers are still listed after being removed from workspace
- This itself is a bug:
Expected Results
An error message is shown separately from the component, and the ineligible user can either be removed from the list by the user or is never placed in the list to begin with.
Actual Results
The reviewers list component is replaced by an error message:
{NAME} is not a member of this workspace and cannot be added to this pull request.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
